Diamond Factory Service is one of the largest appliance service companies in the Midwest with approximately 150 employees. We have been in business 20+ years and work exclusively with Fortune 100 Company Whirlpool Corporation.
As a parts Clerk - Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and share time with both the parts team and the dispatch team. You are responsible for handling service requests that lead to dispatches to our technicians and working with the parts team to receive, stock and ship parts for our technicians. We do not interactive with retail at all. 

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of internal satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming service request and turn those into a good dispatch to out technicians
  • Assist the parts team with various duties including managing stock and pulling orders
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum one year in parts or dispatch
  • Solid communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
